Very Berry Cheese Tarts


Tart filliing-Cream cheese 100g, whipping cream 100g, sugar 30g,  fresh lemon juice 1tbsp, gelatin 8g(water 35g), milk 50g. strawberries, blackberries, kiwi. Tart shells-350F 13 mins. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
