Organic 100% durum spaghetti, extra lean ground beef & pork sirloin 1 lb each, sweet onion 1 pc, carrot 1 pc, celery 1/2 cup, red wine 1/2 cup, tomato paste 1 tbsp, mashed tomato 3 cups, bay leaves 3 pcs, salt & pepper. Stir fry all ingredients(except spaghetti&cheese) for 5 mins, low heat cook for 3 hours. Gouda cheese shredded on top. |
