Sweet Potato Steamed Buns

Mashed Korean sweet potato 300g, glutinous rice flour 1/2 cup, tapioca starch 1 cup, sugar 2 tbsp,
olive 2 tbsp, water 50cc.
Free range extra lean ground pork 250g, shallot 2 pcs, diced bamboo 1 cup, shredded dried mushroom 1/2 cup,
white pepper 1/2 tsp, five spices 1/2 tsp, oyster sauce 2tbsp, wine 1tbps.  Medium high heat steam for 15 mins.
