No Butter Banana Bread

1-3/4 cup multi-grain all purpose flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp baking sode, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp sea salt, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup mashed bananas, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 1tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp lemon juice,
 325 F 1 hour.

This is by far the moistest banana bread I've ever had, the secret weapons are "Greek yogurt & Apple sauce".


Honey Garlic Chicken Wings w/Thai Mango Salad


Honey garlic chicken wings 350 F 30 mins. Mango, romaine, tomato, cucumber, scallop,
fish sauce 1.5 tbsp, sugar 1.5 tbsp, 1/2 fresh lemon juice.


Quinoa Wild Rice Soup

Red & white quinoa 1/4 cup each , wild rice 1 cup , Chinese dried date 20 pcs, chicken broth, water.

Braised Bean Curd



 Five spices bean curd 8 pcs, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, rock sugar 2 tbsp, green onion 6 pcs, garlic 6 cloves, Thai chili 5 pcs, add water just cover the bean curd.  Medium heat for 10 mins then low heat for another 20 mins.

Just Fresh


Steam live prawns for 3 mins.

Thai Spring Salad

Prawns, scallops, sweet onion, tomato, celery, carrot, mini yellow pepper, cucumber, garlic,
lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar.

Stir Fried Wild Razor Clams


Wild razor clams 1 lb, garlic 8 cloves, Thai chili, Italian parsley, olive oil, salt. Stir fry all ingredients for 2 mins.

Mango Berry Cheese Tart

8" Crust-Honey graham cookie 1 cup, sugar 1 tbsp, melted butter 4/1/2 tbsp. 325F 8 mins.Topping-mango, B-berry.
Filling-Cream cheese 100g, Greek yogurt 100g, honey 30g, lemon juice 1tbsp, gelatin 8g(water 35g), milk 50g.
 Chill 3 hours until set.

Pan Grilled Garlic Razor Clams

Wild razor clams 6 pcs, garlic 6 cloves,melted butter 2 tbsp, a pinch of chopped Italian parsley

Matsusaka Pork w/Veggies

Matsusaka pork shredded 1 lb, cucumber 5 pcs, carrot 2 pcs, garlic 6 cloves, green onion 2 pcs, chili sauce.

Organic spaghetti, clams 1.5 lbs, prawns 15 pcs, garlic 6 cloves, sweet onion 1 pc,
chili 3 pcs, Italian parsley , white wine 1/2 cup, olive oil 2 tbsp, heavy cream 2/3 cup.

Very Berry Cheese Tarts


Tart filliing-Cream cheese 100g, whipping cream 100g, sugar 30g,  fresh lemon juice 1tbsp, gelatin 8g(water 35g), milk 50g. strawberries, blackberries, kiwi. Tart shells-350F 13 mins. Chill until set, about 2 hours.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Organic 100% durum spaghetti, extra lean ground beef & pork sirloin  1 lb each, sweet onion 1 pc, carrot 1 pc, celery 1/2 cup, red wine 1/2 cup, tomato paste 1 tbsp, mashed tomato 3 cups, bay leaves 3 pcs, salt & pepper.  Stir fry all ingredients(except spaghetti&cheese) for 5 mins, low heat cook for 3 hours. Gouda cheese shredded on top.  

Mango Mousse


Milk & whipping cream 200 cc ea. fresh mango puree 150g, sugar 50g, gelatin 10g(warm water 60g)
Fresh mango puree 180 g, sugar 60g, gelatin 5g(water 45g), black berry.  Freeze up 3 hours.


Sweet Potato Steamed Buns

Mashed Korean sweet potato 300g, glutinous rice flour 1/2 cup, tapioca starch 1 cup, sugar 2 tbsp,
olive 2 tbsp, water 50cc.
Free range extra lean ground pork 250g, shallot 2 pcs, diced bamboo 1 cup, shredded dried mushroom 1/2 cup,
white pepper 1/2 tsp, five spices 1/2 tsp, oyster sauce 2tbsp, wine 1tbps.  Medium high heat steam for 15 mins.

12345 Spare Ribs

Wine 1 tbsp, vinegar 2 tbsp, sugar 3 tbsp, soy sauce 4 tbsp, water 5 tbsp.
Spare ribs 600g, garlic, ginger, green onion, broccoli, Italian parsley.  Low heat cook for 1 hour.



Italian Chicken Vegi Soup

Roasted chicken , sweet onion 2 pcs, carrot 4 pcs, tomato 5 pcs, celery 5 stalks, bay leaves 2 pcs, garlic 6 pcs, Italian mix herbs 1 tbsp, water 2000 cc.. High heat 20 min, low heat 1 hour.  Place the soup into the Vitamix container, blend for 4 mins.
