Crust-cake flour 140g, organice can sugar 70g,butter 120g,egg yolk 1 pc, egg 1 pc, ground almond 80g, parmesan cheese 20 g, salt 1/8tps.
Filling-apple(golden delicious, granny smith, honey crispy medium size 2 pcs each), 1/2 cup apple cider, 1/3 cup maple dyrup, 1tbsp organic cane sugar, 1-1/4tps fresh lemon juice, 4 tsp cornstarch, 1/8 tps ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp unsalted butter.  350F 35-40 min. until pie crust golden brown

Lemon Honey Chiffon Cake

Cake flour 120g, egg yolk 5 pcs, grapeseed oil 55g,fresh lemon juice 65g, honey 50g,water 15g, lemon zest 2tbsp.
Egg whitte 6 pcs, fresh lemon juice 8g,organic cane sugar 75g. 320F 50 min.
