Pan-Fried Chive Dumplings

Dough-All purpose flour 300 g,boiled milk168g, milk72g.
Filling - Ground pork,chive,vermicelli(green mung bean thread),shrimp bran,egg.
Alan loves any kind of dumplings, especially this pan-fried chive dumpling.  I used milk instead of water, it tasted much more Q.
