Cherry pie-pie crust,1can pie filling,2tbsp cornstarch,2tbsp sugar,1/4 tsp cinnnamon

      

Cheese potato-2 potatoes cut into wedge, 2tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp sour cream,1/2cup milk,1/2cup mozzarella cheese,1/2cup chedda cheese, salt &pepper

 This photo attracts me a lot!  I'm gonna try the below pie crust recipe next time, cuz the package pie crust tasted not so good.

   Pie crust - Pastry flour 140g, sugar 70g, unsalted butter120g, egg yolk1pc, egg 1pc,almond meal 80g, paremsan 20g, salt1/4tsp.

Pan-Fried Chive Dumplings

Dough-All purpose flour 300 g,boiled milk168g, milk72g.

Filling - Ground pork,chive,vermicelli(green mung bean thread),shrimp bran,egg.

Alan loves any kind of dumplings, especially this pan-fried chive dumpling.  I used milk instead of water, it tasted much more Q.

Red Bean Soup - red bean,tremella,dried lotus seed,rock sugar.

Plum Vinegar Jello - Agar powder 6g,500cc water,sugar 75g,plum vinegar 125cc.

Szechuan - Szechun sauce,pizza mozzarella,green/red peppers,tender chicken breast,smoky bacon.



Pizza dough-1 cup warm water,3 cups all purpose flour,3 tbsp olive oil,2 tsp honey,1 tsp salt&1 tsp yeast.
