Mango Mousse

Mango 100g, milk 25g, sugar 25g, whipping cream 75g, gluten powder 5g(melt in hot water).
Use Vita-Mix to blend whipping cream at speed 6,  set aside. Blend the other ingredients at speed 9 for 20 sec then add  whipping cream mix together, freeze up to 2 hours.
