Dough-multi grain all purpose flour 350g, water 175g, yeast 1/2tbsp, sugar 35g, salt 1/4tsp, olive oil 15g.
Filling-Extra lean ground pork 300g, soy sauce&sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, salt 1/2 tsp, cabbage, Thai chili, green onion, roasted white sesame.
